Balance Payments:

These are payable by bank transfer into our business  account, we will supply you with our bank details before collection in order to make the transfer. Payment must be cleared into our account before we can release the vehicle.

Part Exchange:

If you are part exchanging your existing vehicle, it should be provided with its original manufacturers equipment such as 2 sets of keys, mains lead, water pump, step, leg winder and handbooks.

If you have made any permanently fixed additions to the vehicle such as bike racks, fixed awning canopies etc please do not remove them without seeking our advice. It is essential that the caravan is provided with its CRIS registration document or V5 for a motorhome. Please advise us as soon as possible if the vehicle is not registered to yourself.

If we have not already been advised, please could you provide us with the 17-digit VIN / chassis number of your caravan or vehicle registration number before collection.

It would be very much appreciated if your existing caravan could be presented in a clean and tidy order with your personal effects removed, with the washroom and kitchen areas left in a hygienic condition, especially the cassette toilet and holding tank otherwise there will be a valeting charge applied set at £100.

Your vehicle will have been valued on the description provided by you and is subject to appraisal by a member of our staff. If you wish you may bring your vehicle to us prior to collection of the new vehicle.

Finance:

Cotswold Edge Leisure Vehicles Ltd are a credit intermediary and only use Black Horse Finance Ltd for which we may be paid a fee or other benefits. Finance is available subject to status and indemnities may be required. Cotswold Edge Leisure Vehicles Ltd does not provide financial advice.

If we have arranged finance for you, please remember to bring your Driving Licence. The licence must bear the name and address as per the finance agreement. If you do not hold a valid driving licence please contact us as soon as possible to arrange suitable alternative documentation.

Number Plate:

Please ensure you bring a legal number plate with you on collection as we do not supply number plates. We will gladly fit it to your caravan for you. For new motorhomes purchases number plates will be supplied and fitted by ourselves.
