On the way to our annual service, we had to drive through a stream of claggy mud clumps on the road left by a considerate tractor driver. The front of the van was covered in lumps of mud. We apologised for the mess but in a flash, one of the staff was out with a bucket of soapy water and a brush to clean it off. He then rinsed it down, well done sir! That's customer service for you. Very caring and very helpful service from all the staff on the day. Thank you.

Absolutely first class very professional service, I picked up a 2021 Swift Elegance on the 30 November 2024, everything was perfect, it was serviced, and spotlessly clean throughout, well worth the travel 50 miles plus each way. By far the best service i have ever received when buying a caravan .Many thanks to Scott and all the staff.

We cannot thank the whole team at Cotswold Edge enough for their amazing service and support. They were so friendly and helpful. Throughout the whole process of selling our caravan and purchasing our first motorhome, nothing was too much trouble. The part exchange agreement was extremely fair, and the few things that needed tidying up in the motorhome were fixed very quickly. Thank you so much.

Well, what an amazing Company with amazing people working for it, We part-exchanged our caravan yesterday for a Bailey Phoenix 440 and Tracey and Clive were incredibly friendly, and very helpful, while at the same time thoroughly professional (great cuppa too!). We had to travel a fair distance to get the caravan we wanted, but we were so glad we did. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Yes. Needed a step, they had two types, I bought a single. Result! They seemed to have plenty of stock; motorhomes/caravans 50/50. Didn't want or need anything else so I merely browsed the upper edge of the site, which included an identical caravan to mine. Nice to know it's still worth something! Very neat displays. Pleasant staff. Easy to reach, even using Google!
